A workshop, not a trading company
SilaForm started in 2014 casting mastectomy forms for a regional hospital supplier. Today we run our own mold room and silicone line, produce two product lines in-house, and export to buyers in more than twenty countries. No middleman sits between this workshop and your order — which is why a 5-piece first order is worth our time.
Platinum-cure only, and here is why that matters to your customers
There are two ways to cure silicone. Tin-cure is cheaper, faster, and slowly leaks oil — which is why cheap breast forms turn greasy, darken and irritate skin within months. Platinum-cure costs more and takes longer, and the material stays stable for years.
We run platinum-cure exclusively. It is the reason our forms hold gram weight, keep their matte finish, and generate the kind of reviews that bring a boutique's customers back — and it is the first thing to verify when you compare any supplier's quotes.
- Skin-safe platinum-cure silicone, no phthalates, no latex
- Weighted gel cores cast in-house, ±5 g tolerance
- Feathered edges at 0.3 mm on breastplates
- Material safety data sheets available on request
Built around small, serious buyers
Boutiques & fitters
Lingerie and mastectomy shops that need a size range their fitter can trust without seeing stock — which is why every size is published in grams and millimetres.
Online brands
Crossdresser, transgender and shapewear stores that need plain-box dropship, consistent stock, and content (like our guides) they can adapt.
Brand builders
Companies putting their own label on the line through OEM — from a printed box at 100 units to an exclusive mold at 1,000.
We never contact your customers. We never sell, share or reference your customer list. Cartons carry no SilaForm branding, and no one at this factory will ever call a phone number on your packing list except to deliver it.
Come and see the line
Video factory tours on WhatsApp, or an in-person visit by appointment. Either way, you will see molds being cut, not a slideshow.
