Sizes 4–8 are roughly 70% of demand in US/EU markets. A balanced 20-pair order: 4× size 4, 5× size 5, 5× size 6, 3× size 7, 3× size 8. We adjust this mix by market if you tell us where you sell.
Can I get my own packaging?
Yes. From 100 pairs we print your logo on the tray sleeve and box; from 500 pairs we do fully custom inserts. See the OEM page.
How durable is the form?
Two to three years of daily wear with proper care. The silicone does not degrade; the surface finish and (on attachable versions) the tabs are what wear out — which is what drives refill sales.
What is the defect policy?
Photo the defect, we ship a replacement with your next order — no return shipping, no forms to fill. Defect rate has run under 0.8% for three years.
