The questions buyers actually ask before their first order — minimums, samples, money, shipping, and what happens when something goes wrong.
What is the minimum order?
Five pieces, mixed freely across SKUs, sizes and colors. Sample packs of one or two pieces are also available and credited back on a first order of 20+ pieces.
How do samples work?
One breast-form pair is $58, one breastplate is $75 — including DHL Express to most countries, 3–5 business days. Samples ship in 48 hours from confirmed payment, and the cost is credited in full on your first order of 20+ pieces.
Can I get the price list as a file?
Message us and we will send the current tier sheet as a PDF, with the freight table for your country included.
Payment, production, shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer (30% deposit, balance before shipment), PayPal for orders under $2,000 (plus 4% fee), and Wise. Invoices are in USD; EUR and GBP accepted at mid-market rate. No L/C under $20,000.
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard stock: 3–7 days. Made-to-order sizes and colors: 10–15 days. OEM projects: 18–25 days. DHL or FedEx transit is 7–15 days door-to-door. Re-orders of an identical mix ship within 72 hours.
Is the packaging discreet?
Always. Export cartons are unbranded, declarations read "silicone pads" or "silicone shapewear", and declared values are accurate — we will not undervalue your goods and risk your import.
Do you handle customs duties?
Duties are charged by your customs authority and paid by the importer. We complete all export paperwork correctly, which is the best duty optimization that exists.
Dropship, defects, your brand
Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes, from 10 orders per month: plain box, no invoice, no SilaForm branding, and we never contact your customers. Handling is $2.50 per order plus actual freight, product cost at your unlocked tier.
What if products arrive defective?
Send a photo with your order number. Replacements ship with your next order — or immediately by DHL for orders over $1,000. No return shipping, no forms. The rolling defect rate is under 0.8%.
Can I sell under my own brand?
Yes — private-label packaging from 100 units per SKU, custom molds from 300 units, exclusive molds from 1,000. See the OEM page for the process and honest mold costs.
Do you sell to individual customers?
No, this site is wholesale only. For a single pair, buy from one of our retail partners — they can fit you properly, which we cannot do over a courier.
