OEM & private label
You own the customer relationship; we stay invisible behind it. From 100 units per SKU we produce under your brand — your logo, your packaging, your spec — from our own molds or a custom one cut for you.
Every variable that matters, on your spec
- Cup size & projection — adjust an existing mold or cut a new one from your reference or drawing
- Skin tone — our two stock tones, or matched to your Pantone / physical sample
- Nipple detail — tone, diameter, raised or flat, or none at all
- Firmness — gel core softness tuned in three steps; heavier cores for "max realism" lines
- Surface finish — matte back standard; gloss or textured on request
- Packaging — printed tray sleeve and box from 100 pcs; custom inserts from 500
- Documents — material safety data sheets and test reports for your market, on request
How an OEM project runs
Eighteen to twenty-five days from deposit to shipment for a mold adjustment; add two weeks for a brand-new mold.
01
Spec & quote
Send a reference sample or drawing. We quote mold cost (if any) and unit price at your quantity within 48 hours.
02
Pre-production sample
One piece, DHL'd to you. Tone, firmness and finish are confirmed on the physical sample — not on screen.
03
Bulk production
Your sample is the frozen spec. QC checks gram weight, color and edge finish on every piece, not on a sample of pieces.
04
Packing & export
Your packaging, your insert, plain outer carton. Photos of packed cartons before the balance payment.
Mold costs, honestly
Adjusting an existing mold (cup size, projection): $0–$300, often free at 300+ units. A brand-new form mold: $800–$1,500. A breastplate mold: $2,000–$4,500 depending on collar detail. Mold becomes exclusive to you from 1,000 units.
We tell you when a custom mold is a bad idea — often adjusting ours gets 90% of the result for 10% of the cost.
What we will not do
We do not copy another brand's mold one-to-one, and we do not take on projects that end up in the "free mold, 10,000 pcs, 90-day terms" trap that wastes everyone's quarter. Our OEM buyers are brands building a repeat product, not one-off liquidation orders.
Minimum for OEM: 100 units per SKU, 300 units for a new mold.
